Meet Dr. Wopperer
Dr. Paul Wopperer received his Medical Degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine. He went on to complete his rotating internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Strong Memorial Hospital, affiliated with the University of Rochester. He is Board-Certified in his field. He has been in medical practice for more than 40 years and has a wealth of experience and knowledge. Dr. Wopperer has been listed among the Best Doctors in Western New York. He is considered an expert surgeon and technician by his peers and has trained hundreds of other doctors. He performs robotic surgery and also difficult surgeries requiring an open abdominal approach. He works part-time at the Buffalo VA Medical Facility and he is their staff Gynecologist there. He is also on staff at Sisters of Charity Hospital and Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital.
Dr. Wopperer’s areas of expertise include menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, disorders of the female genital system, menopausal issues and urogynecologic issues, particularly urinary leakage. He has now started Empower Aesthetics 716 which addresses urinary incontinence issues and female health issues and also offers treatment options for changing and aging skin. He is passionately devoted to providing skillful, gentle and comprehensive women’s health care and he takes the time to listen to his patient’s concerns.
